Janny is an experienced hotel industry professional with skills in sales, marketing, strategic planning, team management and relationship building. She brings with her a proven background of more than a decade’s experience in the hospitality industry. In this portfolio, Janny will lead the sales team in the areas of management and sales strategies with emphasis on account analysis towards maximising yield. Simultaneously creating team focus whilst promoting its diversity, Janny is responsible for steering the sales team towards delivering key business results, and achieving the hotel’s overall performance objectives.

Janny was a pioneering member of the pre-opening team for the first regional flagship property of an international hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur. During her tenure there, Janny was instrumental in the development and execution of the pre-opening marketing plan of the hotel, whilst developing overseas MICE potential which significantly impacted the hotel’s performance.
