Eventisimo has been the lead agency in charge of event management as well as full logistics, design, and production services for six different events that BMW planned in Barcelona for its BMW M2 Coupe Launch in April. During three weeks, almost 1,000 people attended.
The event kicked off with launching the new BMW M4 GTS to the international press on the 4th of April. The pit boxes of Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya were transformed by Eventisimo for this Media Drive.
The same day was the arrival day for the first group participating in the M Track Days 2016. An event addressed to customers, fans and VIPs, which began at the exclusive Hotel W and was followed by the presentation of the BMW M2 Coupé and a gala dinner at the One Ocean Club. The following day was all about driving at the race track of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya including workshops for all BMW M business areas. Eventisimo interior design crew displayed a special exhibition at the pit spot area.
This program was scheduled, with some variations, for the Dealers Conference on the 10th and 11th of April followed by the BMW M Sales Awards on the 11th to 13th of April. The 100 world best BMW M salesmen also enjoyed a ‘reveal’ dinner at the One Ocean Club. The following night, there was an award ceremony in the modern Ultramarinos restaurant, directly at Las Ramblas. Finally, an extreme epic camp of adrenaline activities took place. The Product Launch Training was held during 13th-18th April. The BMW Europe President Meeting also took place at the Hotel W. The group of executives had also the chance to experience the world of BMW M at the formula 1 Grand-Prix-Circuit in Barcelona.
Three whole weeks in which Eventisimo provided end-to-end logistic solutions for the different groups of professionals who visited and enjoyed the BMW M world at the Circuit and the amazing evening event at the One Ocean Club. All the exhibition displays were designed and executed by the Eventisimo teams of graphic and 3D design, spatial design, and video.
