Foresight Group, a prominent private equity and sustainable infrastructure investor, is providing £2.8 million in Venture Capital Trust (VCT) funding to support the growth of Live Group, an established live event management company.

Live Group, founded in 1975 with headquarters near London and an office in Singapore, boasts a diverse international client base, including major UK government departments.

Led by CEO Toby Lewis and Managing Director Stephen D. Pickett, the company offers live, virtual, and hybrid events, backed by innovative audience engagement technology. Their “Audience DNA” profiling tool allows personalized connections for event attendees. Foresight Investment Director Hugh Minnock expressed confidence in Live Group’s potential for growth, emphasizing its commitment to technology.

The investment will support further innovation and expansion into new markets. With the investment, marketers Jonathan Harman and Hugh Minnock from Foresight will join Live Group’s board. Toby Lewis, CEO of Live Group, highlighted the investment’s importance in advancing their digital engagement technologies, enabling tailored content journeys for individual attendees.
