ICC Wales is celebrating a significant milestone with its confirmed events pipeline, projected to bring over £75.8m in local economic benefit by 2028. The lineup includes a broad array of conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events across sectors such as technology, healthcare, education, and renewable energy. In 2025 alone, the venue expects to generate more than £39m, with key events like the Royal College of General Practitioners Annual Conference already confirmed.

Long-term Growth and Repeat Business

Among the confirmed events are high-profile gatherings such as the Les Mills UK Experience Event (2024), the Worldchefs Congress and Expo (2026), and repeat business from organisations like the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Independent Schools Bursars’ Association. More than 100,000 delegates are expected to visit Newport for these events, contributing not only immediate economic benefits but also fostering long-term growth through repeat visits and ongoing collaborations with the local community.
