IPCAA Elects New Leaders at General Assembly

The IPCAA General Assembly has announced changes to its leadership team, including the appointment of new Co‑Presidents, the re‑election of Council Members, and the transition of a long‑standing officer to Past President.

Long‑standing Co‑President Nicky Simpson chose not to seek re‑election after eight years of service as Council Member and Co‑President. The Assembly expressed its gratitude for her leadership and confirmed that she will continue to support IPCAA in the capacity of Past President.

Leadership Elections and Council Appointments

Magda Makiela Bogacka (MSD), formerly Co‑Vice President, succeeds Simpson as Co‑President and commits to enhancing IPCAA’s visibility and stakeholder engagement. Christian‑Claus Roth (Novartis) was re‑elected for another term as Co‑President. Council Members Martin Hess‑Janorschke (Roche), Nathalie Stern‑Ungern (Servier) and Angela von Bieberstein (Bayer) were all re‑appointed, and Indeep Phull (BMS) joined the Council as a new member. IPCAA extends congratulations to all officers and looks forward to their contributions.
