On March 11, 2025, the second Silesia Ambassador Day took place at the Historic Guido Coal Mine in Zabrze, set 320 metres underground. Over 50 distinguished representatives from academia and the business sector gathered to emphasize the role of cross-sector collaboration in advancing congresses in the region.

Strategic Partnerships Drive Regional Growth

The Silesia Ambassador Club is the result of a tripartite agreement between the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau, the Polish Conference & Congress Association (SKKP), and the Silesian Tourism Organisation – Silesia Convention Bureau. This initiative is designed to attract high-calibre delegates from diverse industries, generate economic benefits for local businesses, and provide unique networking opportunities. The club’s launch reinforces Silesia’s growing importance in the global meetings and congress industry, building on the longstanding tradition of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Programme, which has honored over 320 professionals in its 25-year history.
