The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) has secured a 51% ownership interest in Fenagra—organized by Editora Stilo—which will join the 12-strong portfolio of its subsidiary IEG Brasil. Fenagra’s 18th edition runs 13–15 May 2025 at São Paulo’s Anhembi District, featuring 230 exhibitors from 17 countries over 16,000 m². Fenagra focuses on feed, oils, fats, and pet food and is projected to reach USD 30 billion by 2025.

Strategic Rationale and Next Steps

According to Carlo Costa (President of IEG Brasil and CCO of IEG) and Francesco Santa (IEG’s Director of International Business Development), the deal follows a ten-month negotiation and forms part of IEG’s long-term diversification strategy aimed at building resilience through international expansion.
