Local Recruitment Boosts for Nyaal Banyul Centre

Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre is ramping up recruitment ahead of its 2026 community opening. VCET is hiring 12 new roles to build a world-class local team under General Manager Rick Aylett.

The Victorian Convention and Event Trust (VCET) is actively building a local team for operations at the new Centre, with positions including Executive Chef, Event and Venue Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Sales Executives. The recruitment drive will support a venue featuring a 1,000-seat theatre and 3,700 sqm of flexible space on Geelong’s waterfront.
