In its 2024 Annual Member Economic Impact and Business Strategy Report, IAPCO stated that 92 accredited companies, operating from 180 registered offices worldwide, delivered 19,469 conferences and meetings. This performance led to an economic impact increase of €3.54 billion compared to 2023, driven by an additional 2,425 conferences.

Resilience and Future Growth

IAPCO CEO Martin Boyle noted that the growth in both the number of events and overall economic impact underscores the essential role of professional conference organisers in fostering innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. The report also highlights that 1,969 conference contracts have already been signed without a designated destination, indicating significant momentum for future activity.
