The MICE Networking Lounge brings event planners together with hotels, venues, convention bureaus, and other service providers in the events industry. Rather than lengthy presentations, the focus is on personal exchanges about event projects and potential collaborations. The program is rounded out by a professional keynote presentation and a group dinner. Participation is free for trade visitors from the MICE industry.

Fam Trip Through Erfurt and the Thuringian Forest

Anyone who would like to experience the destination for themselves afterward can join the study tour immediately following it: From October 29 to 31, 2026, Erfurt Tourismus und Marketing GmbH and the Convention Bureau Thüringen are hosting a fam trip titled “Taste Thüringen – MICE with Pleasure.” The itinerary begins in Erfurt and continues into the Thuringian Forest. Stops include the Hotel Morgenroth in Bad Blankenburg, the Shedhalle, and the Rittergut Positz. A culinary workshop with chef Nelson Müller is scheduled for the evening of October 30 at the Hotel Morgenroth.
