Excel London announced a new partnership with Ouno, a London-headquartered ride-hailing service with a fleet of over 2,000 professional chauffeurs. Under the agreement, Ouno will offer transfer services for Excel London visitors, accessible via a mobile app, the Excel website, and on-site kiosks.

Mobility Solutions and Sustainability

Visitors will have access to an exclusive Ouno pick-up and drop-off point within Excel’s underground parking facilities. The service includes options for pre-booked and on-demand rides, with a fleet that features electric vehicles to support sustainability objectives. Simon Mills, Excel’s Chief Commercial Officer, noted that the partnership aims to expand travel options for the venue’s annual visitors. Bobby Drewett, Founder of Ouno, stated that data indicates current usage of Ouno services by Excel London attendees and that the collaboration may offer further business development opportunities.
