IMEX America 2025 Registration Opens

Registration is now live for IMEX America 2025, taking place October 7–9 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The event builds on the record attendance and new service innovations introduced at IMEX Frankfurt.

IMEX America returns with expanded technology features and a rich educational programme. Recent enhancements include an upgraded show app, improved meetings-booking system, and refined networking recommendations, all tested at IMEX Frankfurt 2025.

Enhanced Tech and Programming for IMEX America

Exhibitors and attendees can expect updates to the show app, a streamlined meetings-booking system, and enhanced networking recommendations—features trialled at IMEX Frankfurt 2025 and adjusted for the Las Vegas show.

In parallel, the education programme will cover leadership, creativity, experience design, well-being, and personal connection, reflecting the areas of highest demand among planners in Europe and North America.
