Growth. To spearhead its continued growth strategy, 2Heads has also bolstered its senior operational team with a trio of appointments. Nick Rosier joins as Digital and Content Director, Rebecca Lilley as Global HR Director and Eamon Campbell has been appointed as Finance Director.
Founded in 1983, 2Heads has grown to cover more than 200 brands across 25 countries and now operates from footholds in four international markets. Its work includes delivery of global show programmes for world-leading brands such as Rolls Royce and Bombardier, and recently Disney Advertising Sales’ debut at Cannes Lions, where 2Heads harnessed the power of crafted brand suites to host meetings.
The agency’s purpose is to combine passion and creativity with insight and commercial thinking to help brand leaders win more clients and extend their global reach through strategic B2B and B2C events, experiences, social media activations and conferences.
Over the last twelve months the business has been working strategically to re-orientate its project-based operating model to focus on clients with high growth potential, while improving agility and responsiveness.
2Heads has also diversified its offering in recent years through the development of proprietary software, Eventhive, filling a niche in the events sector, enabling management of sales targets and data analytics at shows.

Nick Rosier has built up more than a decade of digital media industry experience, producing creative content for global brands including Adidas, Toyota, Google and Disney. He will be overseeing content strategy on behalf of clients.
New hire Rebecca Lilley has extensive experience in HR and holds a Masters in Organisation Behaviour and Occupational Psychology. She has been appointed to lead 2Heads structural forward planning and to enhance the wellbeing and emotional support to colleagues operating in a busy and creative events environment.
Eamon Campbell joins from Crown Business Communications with more than 20 years’ experience in finance, previously working with high growth companies within the media, business, insurance and digital sectors. His role will focus on helping to implement more efficient management systems and working practices together with profit maximisation.
The appointments take 2Heads’ staff count to 71 across offices in Marlow, London, Cannes, Los Angeles and Hong Kong.
