Aneta Książek new Head of Poland Convention Bureau

Książek was a member of the local organising committee of the 61st ICCA Congress in Krakow in 2022 and also a finalist for the Eventex Index 2022 – Top 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry.

Poland Convention Bureau has a new leadership: Aneta Książek is from now on Head of the MICE department of the Polish Tourism Organisation.

Książek has years of experience in the MICE industry. For example, she is the author of a series of #KonkretyAnety articles, in which she analyses reports and trends from the point of view of both Poland and the meetings sector, with a particular emphasis on the activities carried out by convention bureaux. She also was a member of the local organising committee of the 61st ICCA Congress in Krakow in 2022 on behalf of the Poland Convention Bureau and also a juror of the International UN Women USA Rise and Raise Others Award 2022. Furthermore, Ksiazek was selected as a finalist for the Eventex Index 2022 – Top 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry.

As reported by the Poland Convention Bureau, Książek “is eager to share her knowledge and she occasionally lectures and participates in industry meetings”.

Poland Convention Bureau was created in 2002 as a department of the Polish Tourism Organisation and is responsible for the promotion of Poland as an attractive destination for meetings and business events.
