Frankfurt. With support from London’s official CVB London & Partners (formerly known as Visit London), meeting and events industry professionals who can’t attend the IMEX trade show in Frankfurt this May 21- 23 will now have the chance to view the show remotely from their office PC or mobile device. Called IMEXLive, the new online platform will aggregate video, social media and other content from the show to provide a selective multi-media experience for those who can’t be there. IMEXLive will contain interviews with key industry figures, a live webcam, show statistics, webcast educational sessions and a variety of twitter and YouTube feeds. Taking part will be as simple as using the #IMEX13 hashtag to tweet messages and photos. The emphasis will be on user-generated content and building a busy online IMEX community for the duration of the show.
IMEXLive will launch one hour before the show opens on Tuesday 21st May and will be available until Friday the 31st May. Access will be via the IMEX in Frankfurt home page.
