The Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB) welcomed around 9,500 attendees at the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2017 from 5 to 9 November. The numbers show an increase of 17% of attendees, compared to last year’s event, and 1,500 more participants than originally expected for the 2017 edition.

The Gartner Symposium’s key topics were emerging trends and strategies for organizations in terms of digital transformation. The event was the seventh consecutive edition of Gartner Symposium/ITxpo held at the CCIB.
