Amstelveen. International rail experts will gather in Amstelveen in the Netherlands on 24 and 25 April to an international event entitled Rail Technology Conferences. The conference day on Tuesday 24 April will deal with the following subthemes: benchmarking, technology and efficiency, interaction between infrastructure and rolling stock and contract models. The European Railway Agency (ERA) will share publically for the first time the issues and findings of benchmarking analyses on railways in the European Member States. The event is organised by Europoint Rail Technology Conferences & Exhibitions in a partnership with the rail consultancy company, BoschSpoor. The event is supported by UEEIV, the European railroad engineer association.
