Global business travel and meetings specialist CWT has announced a new partnership with Booking.com for Business to offer expanded services to small business customers. This collaboration aims to provide a range of benefits, including discounted business travel rates, access to membership rewards from various third-party loyalty programs, and complimentary 24/7 travel agent support, all facilitated by CWT.

Powered by Serko, a travel and expense technology company, the Booking.com for Business platform will integrate Booking.com accommodation options with additional content from CWT, such as hotels, flights, and car rentals. The platform will also offer multilingual customer service. By leveraging this partnership, companies will be able to take advantage of discounted business travel rates across flights, accommodation, and rental cars, with no booking or servicing fees. This not only enables cost savings, but also allows for better management of changes and traveler safety throughout all trips.

One of the key advantages of this collaboration is the availability of CWT travel consultants in multiple languages, providing assistance with trip management and disruptions. Joshua Wood, Director of Booking.com for Business, emphasized the importance of catering to different travel preferences, whether it’s maximizing loyalty points or finding the best deals. Furthermore, the partnership ensures that customers have access to round-the-clock agent support for any travel-related issues they may encounter.

Brian Mogler, EVP and Chief Partnership Officer at CWT, expressed excitement about joining forces with like-minded online travel leaders, Serko and Booking.com for Business, with a shared vision of making business travel seamless for both travelers and travel managers. Serko’s CEO, Darin Grafton, welcomed the addition of CWT’s content and servicing to the Booking.com for Business platform, highlighting the enhanced experience it will provide to business travelers. By leveraging their Zeno technology platform, the partnership aims to offer connected trip experiences with all the necessary business booking features, rates, and services, at no additional cost.

The expanded offering through the collaboration between CWT and Booking.com for Business is expected to go live in the second quarter of 2023, providing an enhanced and comprehensive travel solution for small business customers.
