The new structure of the Frankfurt Fair is official. Retrospective to 1 January 2004 the event area has been separated and transferred to the 100 percent subsidiary Frankfurt Fair Exhibition Ltd. Last year real estate was moved to the Frankfurt Fair Venue plc. Thus the Fair can concentrate on the conception and implementation of international exhibitions at home and around the world. www.messefrankfurt.de
