Tokyo. In an ideally located location – a one-minute walk away from Tokyo Station – a new office, cultural, and commercial complex, JP Tower, will have its grand opening on March 21, 2013. Preserving part of the former Tokyo Central Post Office building, the 38-story building is environmentally friendly with a roof garden and transparent solar cell skylights. Naturally, it will house the Tokyo Central Post Office as well as the Tokyo City i Tourist and Business Information Center, equipped to handle Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, the academic and cultural museum “Intermediatheque”, hall and conference facilities, a commercial facility KITTE with 98 shops and restaurants, state-of-the-art offices, and more.

In particular, the hall and conference facilities on the fourth and fifth floors include a 600m² multi-purpose hall that can be divided into three sections as well as several conference rooms and meeting rooms; it is a notable new business event space in Tokyo that will be able to be used for various meetings of all sizes from international conferences to company seminars and ceremonies.
