Meeting & Incentive Forums are highly focused networking events that bring together meeting and event organisers (hosted buyers) with quality suppliers from the meeting and incentive industry (exhibitors). The Forums are two-day events comprising a series of 20-minute pre-scheduled, one-on-one appointments between top MICE suppliers and key meeting and incentive buyers, all of whom have confirmed budgets to spend.
Designed to focus on business, the events also aim to be enjoyable and provide opportunities to build business relationships with suppliers. The forums include drinks receptions, gala dinners and team-building activities which enable contacts to be made and allow the buyers to explore the host destination. A wide range of suppliers are represented at each event to meet with carefully selected MICE buyers from different regions.
