The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has appointed Michael Fley as its new director for Central Europe. Fley comes from the Australian Tourism Commission and will be in charge of the HKTB’s activities in German-speaking Europe, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Belarus and Moldavia from May 2002. www.discoverhongkong.com
