From January 18 to 20, HSMAI Europe, the European arm of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI), will come together for a three-day event for hospitality in London.
At InterContinental Park Lane, the core event is #ROC2023LONDON, the association’s annual pan-European revenue optimization conference and awards (January 19th). It will be dovetailed by two complementary events: a Leadership Day on January 18th for members of HSMAI Europe’s various advisory boards, student council members and rising leaders councils, and invitation-only Chief Officer Executive Roundtables on January 20th, fostering high-level discussions on pertinent industry topics.
Under motto “Ride the Wave”, members and partners are going to meet in person to engage in meaningful dialogue, focusing on commercial strategies to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience despite current global market uncertainty.
