According to data from IMEX’s independent survey partner, Explori, satisfaction levels among buyers and exhibitors at IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America in 2024 exceeded industry benchmarks. Key performance indicators such as overall satisfaction and likelihood of return have shown consistent improvement since 2019. For example, buyer satisfaction at IMEX Frankfurt was 14% above the benchmark, with exhibitor satisfaction at IMEX America 7% higher.
Strategic Investments Drive Value
The IMEX Group attributed these gains to strategic investments in event technology and design. Enhancements included a streamlined registration process, improved meeting booking systems, and free lead scanning capabilities via the IMEX app. The redesigned show floor allowed for easier navigation, while unique activations, such as a musical parade and an interactive pickleball court, added engaging experiences.
