The International Ocular Inflammation Society (IOIS) will hold its Worldwide 2017 IOIS Inflammation Congress at the five-star Royal Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, 18th-21st October 2017.
It will be the first time that the Congress has been held in Lausanne, attracting more than 500 ophthalmologists, other doctors and scientists from across the world. Running for three days, conference delegates will also attend a gala dinner at the Olympic Museum on the shores of Lake Geneva.
The Royal Savoy Hotel completed a major 100 million CHF (approximately $104 million USD) renovation project two years ago, adding a new spa facility, as well as upgrading seven dedicated meeting and event spaces which host up to 480 people.
Lausanne Tourism & Convention Bureau will support the event with excursion management and accommodation coordination and will also be responsible for managing abstract handling and the call for papers, in addition to registration and accreditation at the congress.
