Liverpool. The Mersey Partnership (TMP) has appointed Carol O’Reilly as Manager of Liverpool Convention Bureau (LCB). The role of the Convention Bureau is to showcase the City Region as a world-class conference destination.
Until recently, Carol was Acting Convention Bureau Manager and played an instrumental role in helping to set-up the Liverpool Convention Bureau. She will now relocate from Milton Keynes to fulfil the role on a permanent basis.
She has previously held the roles of Director of Visitor Services and Head of Business Tourism during 12 years with Marketing Birmingham. Since leaving Birmingham in 2005, Carol has worked on several high-profile consultancy projects for a number of national venues.
