Malaysia will attend The Meetings Show 2023 held from June 28 – 29 at ExceL London for the first time. Led by MyCEB, Malaysia aims to position itself as the preferred Business Events destination in Asia and foster collaboration with ASEAN countries.

The delegation will showcase the ‘Tekat’ theme, offering information on Malaysia’s Business Events industry and support packages for planners. A booth launch during Hari Raya Eid-Adha will provide a cultural experience. Visitors can meet the team and enjoy Malaysian delicacies. Malaysia’s participation includes Borneo Kuching Convention Centre, Business Events Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre.

Zain Azrai bin Rashid, Acting CEO of MyCEB, stated that Malaysia is eager to be part of the event, as it is a renowned global platform for meeting and event suppliers. He emphasized that the business events industry in Asia is thriving once again, and Malaysia is ready to welcome business visitors back to the region. Malaysia aims to position itself as the preferred Business Events destination in Asia and collaborate with other ASEAN countries through knowledge sharing and business exchange.

Team Malaysia, led by Mr. Mohammad Isa Abdul Halim, Director of Experiential & Event at MyCEB, along with other entities such as Borneo Kuching Convention Centre, Business Events Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre, will represent Malaysia at the event.
