Frankfurt. At a Roadshow Gdansk Convention Bureau (GCB) was promoting Gdansk & Pomerania Region in Frankfurt. The meeting was organized by Convention Bureau of Poland and it is part of the campaign titled ‘Polska. Move your imagination’. GCB was the main partner of the meeting and sponsor of dinner.
The meeting took place in the restaurant Depot 1899. It started with the individual talks where the participants had a chance to see promotional materials of partners. Right after that Gdansk Convention Bureau official presentations took place. GCB was followed by Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice. Presentations took place during the dinner. During the whole evening invited magician was making tricks to amuse the participants. The evening ended with molecular dessert.
The organizers made sure that the whole Poland, from the North to South, was presented during the meeting. The first presentation was made by Anna Gorska and Marta Wisniewska from GCB. Their speech was followed by promotional movie ‘Gdansk and Region where business meets’. All guests enjoyed it. GCB also introduced new hotel and conference infrastructure in Gdansk & Region, eg.: PGE Arena Stadium, Ergo Arena Hall and Amber Expo. GCB also explained how it can help the conference organizers.
The next was Mazurkas Travel DMC Poland presentation about Warsaw conference possibilities. Haxel presented incentives offers in the whole Poland. Grupa Travel mainly showed its hotel venues. Katowice Convention Bureau invited participants to organize their meeting in the agglomeration. Last but not least Symposium Cravoviense presented Krakow promotional movie.
The participants of the workshop (German corporate and association meetings organizers) were selected by CIM.
It was the first Roadshow organized by CBP in Germay. Another one is taking place in London and Paris.!
