The Poland Convention Bureau has entered into a strategic collaboration with Conferli, an innovative platform that aims to transform the way convention bureaus promote meeting, incentive and conference destinations. Seven Polish convention bureaus, including Gdańsk, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław and Lubelskie, have launched their profiles on Conferli. The platform, a pioneer in the MICE industry, allows convention bureaus to create comprehensive profiles that showcase the unique attributes and offerings of their cities and regions. Conferli provides benchmarking tools, insight into city statistics and marketing support, enabling bureaus to increase visibility, attract more events and measure promotional success.

“A significant step forward in increasing the visibility of Polish destinations”

Aneta Ksiazek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau, underlines the importance of the cooperation: “This is a significant step forward in increasing the visibility of Polish destinations in the MICE industry. By using Conferli’s advanced features, bureaus can effectively promote their cities, attract more events and contribute to the growth of the Polish meetings industry.”

This collaboration also underlines the recognition of six out of seven participating bureaus as “Recommended Convention Bureau for 2023-2024” under the Polish Tourism Organisation’s Recommendation Programme. This endorsement reflects their commitment to quality criteria and dedication to providing exceptional service to meeting planners.

Conferli simplifies the process for associations looking for cities and venues that meet their meeting needs. The platform allows for easy comparison, access to all necessary information and direct connection with convention bureaus through the RFP system. This streamlines the selection of destinations for upcoming meetings, increasing efficiency and informed decision-making for association meeting planners.
