The Business of Events (TBOE) and IBTM World have announced a partnership to create the IBTM Forum for Advocacy, with the first event scheduled for November 18, 2024, in Barcelona, Spain. TBOE is a UK-based think tank focused on promoting the global business events sector’s economic and societal benefits. The forum aims to facilitate dialogue between industry leaders and government officials to highlight the value of business events.

The forum will be an exclusive, invitation-only event curated by Martin Fullard from TBOE, bringing together senior industry leaders and policymakers. Insights from the forum will be shared during IBTM World on November 19, 2024, to provide actionable strategies for attendees.
