Event planners and conference organisers can now refer to a website of The Hague Convention Bureau when looking for a suitable location, hotel, restaurant or incentive opportunities.
The tool “Create Your Event” takes basic information before recommending suitable solutions from amongst The Hague’s wide range of partners. The system includes all the city’s major hotels and venues as well as a wide range of activities.
In addition to the program elements and the desired date, the number of participants and the desired number of stars for the hotel stay must be entered. Also preferences for the location (modern, historical, close to the city or in nature) can be specified.
“This tool provides a fantastic first step for individuals organising events in The Hague,” said Bas Schot, Head of The Hague Convention Bureau. “It gives an opportunity to see what we have to offer and how all the different elements can be built into a truly inspiring programme using incredible venues and hotels. Backing up the new tool is our incredible team of experts, on hand to help turn the system’s suggestions into a reality.”
