Six months after laying the foundation stone, the new two-level exhibition hall at the Vicenza Expo Centre—designed by Studio GMP’s Volkwin Marg—is visibly taking shape. Work has advanced to erecting exterior walls up to 18 metres high, signalling the transition to the next phase: installing the prefabricated interior volume within the completed shell.

IEG President Maurizio Ermeti describes the hall as “a modern and functional structure that projects us into the future,” while Operations Director Mario Vescovo confirms that the full outer shell will be in place by September 2025, in time for Vicenzaoro, with final installations and fit‑out scheduled for completion by spring 2026.
