The Worldwide Exhibition for Incentive travel, meetings and events (IMEX) is correcting its figures: Instead of the intended 75 countries approx. 100 will now be taking part; and the number of hosted buyers will rise from 2000 to 2500, that of visiting buyers from 5000 to 5500. As part of its New Vision campaign IMEX now offers a Wild Card, for which any destination can apply. It includes three free overnight stays in Frankfurt, a half-price air ticket and participation in a gala dinner. The deadline for applications is 31 July 2002.
