Last month’s two‑day gathering of The Meetings Show at Excel London brought together close to 600 exhibitors—from destinations and venues to technology innovators—and attracted 5,900 attendees. More than half were from companies attending for the first time. Pre‑scheduled meetings accounted for over 9,000 of the 16,000 total, delivering “game‑changing business” according to many participants.

Unrivalled Networking and Learning Opportunities

Beyond the exhibition floor, The Meetings Show 2025 hosted nearly 60 keynotes, panels, and creative talks across two stages and the Blank Canvas area. Topics ranged from sustainability and AI to workforce development and gamification. Accessibility features—such as AI‑powered live captioning by Speaksee—and “The Playbook” visual guide ensured that insights remained available long after the event.

The Meetings Show returns to Excel London on 24–25 June 2026.
