Accor has entered into a partnership with MeetingPackage to streamline and automate the booking process for group accommodation and Meetings & Events (M&E) across its global hotel portfolio. The agreement includes the implementation of a centralized Group & M&E Central Reservation System, which will manage availability, pricing, and content distribution across both direct and third-party channels.
Standardized Processes and System Integration
The solution integrates with Accor’s existing operational systems, including Delphi, Oracle OSEM, iVvy, and Backyou. It enables instant bookings, dynamic pricing, and automated handling of RFPs. AI-based features are designed to improve data processing and lead routing, aiming to enhance booking efficiency and response times across the network.
