Fiera Milano and IEG have each acquired a 35% stake in EMAC S.r.l. from Andrea Martini. EMAC organises the classic car trade shows Milano AutoClassica and Vicenza Classic Car Show. Andrea Martini retains a 30% share in the company.

The new ownership structure begins with the 15th Milano AutoClassica, set for 21–23 November 2025. The Vicenza Classic Car Show follows from 28 to 30 March 2026 at Vicenza Expo Centre. Both events will continue under EMAC S.r.l., now jointly managed by Fiera Milano, IEG, and Andrea Martini.

Beginning of a collaboration between Fiera Milano and IEG

Fiera Milano and IEG stated that the acquisition is part of broader efforts to coordinate activities across exhibition and conference venues. These include Allianz MiCo in Milan, Palacongressi Rimini, Vicenza Convention Centre, Palazzo dei Congressi in Fiuggi, and MoMeC in Rome.
