Event Leaders Exchange (ELX), a member-led network for senior corporate event leaders, has announced the agenda for its inaugural European Summit, taking place in Berlin from December 4-6, 2024. Under the theme „Growth,“ the event will bring together executives from large global organizations to discuss approaches to scaling team performance, enhancing leadership, and adapting event programs to ongoing industry shifts.

Focus on Leadership and Sustainable Growth

The summit agenda, organized by Content Chair Stephen Rose, SVP of Communication Services at Siemens GBS, will include targeted workshops and collaborative sessions. Key topics on the agenda include „Creating Business Events in Challenging Times,“ which will explore methods to align events with shifting business objectives, and „Embedding Sustainability in Event Practices,“ led by Rose, offering practical insights into sustainable event management.
