EFP Master Clinic. The European Federation of Periodontology, whose EuroPerio congress is continuously setting new standards for dental professionals all over Europe, successfully launched a new exclusive event based predominantly on 3D technology. Organised by Mondial Congress & Events, the first EFP Master Clinic was held at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris, France from February 7 to 8.

The majority of conference sessions were arranged around 3D presentations of reconstructive dental surgery letting attendees from 45 nations experience the sold-out venue as a charming historic cinema.

3D glasses had made their first appearance at EuroPerio7 in Vienna, but this was the first time an entire congress was constructed around the medium of 3D. “There were no parallel sessions and seats were strictly limited to maximize the educational experience,” explains Grit Becker, Project Manager in charge at Mondial Congress & Events. The educational sessions were 100% funded by delegate registrations and maintained their intimate spirit throughout.

“The new event was generally received as a big success and may be the starting point for a new event series organised by EFP,” says Becker. EFP and Mondial will continue their exciting collaboration at EuroPerio8 2015 in London.
