The new 3-star Welcome Hotel in Bamberg was officially opened recently. The 167 room hotel is part of the Event Congress Centre Bamberg: With the already existing 4-star Superior Welcome Hotels Residenzschloss Bamberg there are now 355 rooms and 24 meeting rooms, including 14 rooms in the neighbouring historical monument Ziegelbau, and 3,000 square meters of functional space available.
