We applaud the efforts of Mr. Elizondo and his office and are thrilled to offer him this recognition.”Site International Foundation President Roger Tondeur, President MCI Group Holding S.A. presented the David Riddell Scholarship, the foundation’s eighth education scholarship in 2009, to Vicki Kern, JNR Incorporated.
