4th Congress. From 7-9 January 2010 in Brussels, Belgium, the congress of the European Association of Professional Congress Organisers take place. Nicolas Le Brun, President of EFAPCO, and MD of Destre Organisation in Belgium, welcomes delegates to the new convention centre Square. The central theme Sustainability and Competitiveness in the Meetings Industry comes precisely within the remit of the European Union’s DG Enterprise and Industry.
