In early November 2003 an advisory council was appointed at the constitutional meeting of the Hamburg Convention and Event Bureau (HCEB). It is chaired by Hermann Hanser, CPO Hanser Service, his deputy is Madeleine Marx, Hamburg Marriott Hotel. Other members include Uwe Frommhold, Color Line Arena, senate director Franz J.
