The investment deal is signed and construction work on the new fair halls at the television tower can begin. After completion of the first building phase with one hall in spring 2005, three further halls will be erected on the new site up to 2006. Phase 3 will cover the construction of three new halls on the site up to 2008, generating 84,000 sqm. The total investment will be worth 330 million euros. www.hamburg-messe.de
