ICCA will again stage two of its International Congress & Convention Researchers Meetings (ICCRMs) this year. The 9th  European ICCRM will take place from 12 to 14 June 2003 in Liverpool, UK, the 4th Regional ICCRM from 7 to 9 August 2003 in Auckland, New Zealand. You can register with marianne@icca.nl.
