Marriott International announced leadership changes and a strategic realignment across key global regions. The new structure takes effect on 28 March 2026.

Marriott International confirmed the retirement of two long serving executives and the appointment of new regional leaders. Liam Brown, Group President U.S. and Canada, and Brian King, President Enterprise Transformation and Caribbean and Latin America, will retire at the end of June 2026. Satya Anand will assume responsibility for the U.S., Canada and Caribbean and Latin America under a unified structure. Neal Jones will become President EMEA, while Federico Fede Greppi will lead the CALA region. All appointments are effective 28 March 2026.

Marriott International strengthens regional leadership across EMEA and CALA

The leadership changes are designed to support continued growth and closer alignment across regions. Satya Anand, previously President EMEA, will oversee the expanded Americas structure from Marriott’s global headquarters in Bethesda. Neal Jones will lead operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Federico Greppi will continue to drive growth across the Caribbean and Latin America region. Brown and King will remain in advisory roles through June 2026 to support the transition. Marriott stated that the appointments reflect a long term focus on operational strength, regional collaboration and leadership continuity.
