Ljubljana. With only a good week away to the start of the South East European professional meeting industry gathering, Conventa On2One system for pre-scheduling meetings between meeting providers and hosted buyers is on fire. When the system opened for exhibitors a few days ago, Conventa organizers recorded a record number (1.032) of pre-scheduled meetings in a day in the history of the trade show.
Last year 2.890 meetings were pre-scheduled before the start of Conventa. Due to at least 25% more top-level invited guests who are on the other side met by the best meeting providers in the South East European region, this year the total number of pre-schedule meeting is most likely going to reach 3.500. Will the meeting be fruitful is definitely the burning question of all attending the show. Based on past experience, the organizers predict this year exhibitor at Conventa will conduct around 25 meetings in only two days. According to Conventa survey, meeting provider will save on average at least 60 hours of valuable time otherwise spend searching for contacts of meeting organizers presenting potential business partners. Moreover, Conventa numbers show that a minimum of 10 percent of all implemented meetings at Conventa lead to a long-term realisation in the form of sales. On average, this means 2.5 successful meetings per exhibitor this year.
The organizers are now counting down the days before the start of the show. The sixth edition of Conventa held from 22 to 23 January 2014 in Ljubljana promises to add even more experience, engagement, education, emotions, energy and entertainment to the Conventa experience!
