facilities by building a new convention centre in the city centre. With a total

of 39,945 sqm the centre will boast 17,500 sqm of exhibition space and an

auditorium seating at least 3,000 people. The centre is slated for completion by

late 2002/ early 2003. It will be just a 30-minute drive from the international
