This is achieved through putting access to member airlines’ schedules and all their discounted fares in one handy location. Members will be assigned one point of contact that helps to arrange flights for all delegates. You can also book tickets for site inspection, committee and guest speaker travel. The tool includes online registration, one point of contact, specified discounts on international travel, online booking facility, support programme for event-related activities and the opportunity for delegates to book at airline ticket offices or any travel agent by simply quoting the assigned conventions code
