Singapore. Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Ian Ekers as General Manager of Parkroyal on Kitchener, Singapore. A highly experienced hotelier whose previous experience spans successful terms at Raffles the Plaza (now Fairmont Singapore), Ritz-Carlton, and Shangri-La, Ian, in his new appointment will oversee operations at the 534-room Parkroyal on Kitchener. 

In addition, the Group has appointed Mark Losi General Manager of Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore. A hotelier with a wealth of experience and successful track record, Mark spent the last six years as General Manager of Parkroyal Penang, also managed by Pan Pacific Hotels Group. In his new role, Mark will oversee the 20-storey, 206-room hotel in the heart of the commercial, retail, dining and entertainment enclave of Orchard Road.
