PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association) will be hosting the second Knowledge Exchange, focused on Crisis Management, at this year’s ibtm world in Barcelona. The exchange will take place on Wednesday, 29 November from 10.30am – 12.30pm in room CC1.2.

Topics will include event safety and crisis communication, as well as a crisis scenario checklist for event organisers and attendees.
